How long is the price quoted good for?

The cruise line prices are constantly changing. Our agents will make a courtesy hold when possible, to keep the price for a couple of days. However, this is not always possible.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. We don’t charge any hidden fees.

Can we pay gratuities with OBC?
It is not possible to pay gratuities with OBC according to cruise line policy

What can we do with OBC?
On board credit. Credit you can spend on board in food, drinks, souvenirs, etc.

What does GTY mean-?
Guarantee cabin. This means that the Cruise Lines picks the cabin and can provide it until the day of embarkation.

Can we get on board earlier than the embarkation time?
No. Embarkation time is set. 

Can we have dinner at a different time than the set time any day?
No, unless a member of the cruise line allows for that to happen.

How do payments work? we paid to you or the cruise line?
All payments are directly made through us via credit card.

Can we add just drinks for a passenger in the room?
No. If a beverage package is added, it has to be for all the occupants in the stateroom. Children can be provided non-alcoholic packages.

Can we have OBC added in advance to purchase packages?
The OBC from the cruise lines and special promotions might be visualized earlier. However, the total on board credit will be seen on your first day aboard.
