Participation in CTAN does not create:
An employment relationship
A partnership
A joint venture
Participants operate as independent contractors under a separate Independent Contractor Agreement.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Participation in CTAN may require payment of:
Setup fees
Subscription fees
Annual program fees
All payment terms, commission structures, and refund policies are governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable plan selection.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and materials, is the property of Cruiser Travels or its licensors.
