Once you join, you’ll get immediate access to our private training portal, where you’ll find step-by-step resources, vendor information, and exclusive tools. You’ll also be able to start getting certified with multiple cruise lines right away, giving you the knowledge and credibility to begin selling travel confidently.

Commission payments are processed monthly. We pay on the 7th of each month for all commissions received from the previous month. To qualify for payment, both conditions must be met: the sail date has passed and we have received the full expected commission from the cruise line.

Mentors are experienced agents who take responsibility for training and guiding their mentees. In return, they receive 10% of their mentee’s net commission for life. This system allows new agents to receive hands-on training while giving mentors an incentive to help their team grow.

Not necessarily. While experience helps, we provide access to training, certifications, and mentorship opportunities so that motivated individuals can succeed, even if they’re new to the industry.

We’re highly selective because we want to maintain quality and professionalism across our network. We look for motivated individuals who are committed to client service, sales performance, and growing their travel business.

You can change your plan once per calendar year (January 1st to December 31st) and will pay the difference in the Set-Up Fee based on what you previously paid. Initial Fees are non-refundable if you downgrade. You can also clarify that all existing bookings will remain at the same commission percentage. For example, if you booked a cruise six months ago under a lower commission split, that booking will stay at that percentage regardless of whether you upgrade or downgrade your plan.
